Bu çalışma, sosyal güvenlik alanında gerçekleşen hilelerin incelendiği bir kaynaktır. Sosyal güvenlik sistemi, toplumun sağlık güvencesi, emeklilik imkanı ve diğer faydalarını sağlamak amacıyla kurulmuştur. Ancak katılımcıların gerekli katkıları yapmaması veya yetersiz katkı yapması durumunda sosyal güvenlik açığı ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu açığı kapatmak için devlet çeşitli tedbirler almaktadır, ancak hile yapma eğilimi devam etmektedir. Bu çalışma, sahte sigortalılık ve diğer sosyal sigorta hilelerini ele almaktadır. Mevzuat ve mesleki tecrübe temel alınarak oluşturulan içerik, vaka analiziyle desteklenmektedir. Bu çalışma, sosyal güvenlik alanında hilelerin tespit edilmesi ve önlenmesi konusunda bir kaynak olarak hizmet etmektedir.

This study is a source that examines frauds in the field of social security. The social security system is established to provide the society with health insurance, retirement benefits, and other advantages. However, when participants fail to make the necessary contributions or make insufficient contributions, a social security deficit arises. The government takes various measures to close this deficit, but the tendency to commit fraud continues. This study addresses fake insurance and other social security frauds. The content, based on legislation and professional experience, is supported by case analysis. This study serves as a resource for detecting and preventing frauds in the field of social security.
