Deniz Kaynakları ve Çevre Yönetiminde Fotonik Sensörlerin Kullanım Olanakları
Özet
Türkiye’de ilk deniz araştırmaları dendiğinde akla ilk gelenler askeri amaçlarla hazırlanan haritalardan sayılan, Piri Reis’in hazırlayıp 1517’de tamamladığı Piri Reis haritası; Evliya Çelebi’nin 17. Yüzyılda yaptığı gezileri yazdığı Seyahatname’sinde geçen balıklarla yerel ilgili bilgiler; İstanbul Balıkhanesi Eski Umum Müdürü Karekin Deveciyan’ın 1915 yılında yazdığı İstanbul dalyanlarında yakalanan balıklar ve bu balıkların özelliklerine ait Balık ve Balıkçılık kitabı; 1933 üniversite reformuyla yurt dışından ülkemize gelen göçmen bilim adamlarının başlattıkları çalışmalar ve yeni kurulan üniversitelerdeki araştırmalar gösterilebilir. Bu çalışmada, temel ve uygulamalı olarak ülkemizde başlayan çalışmalar özetlenmiş; ülkemizde başlatılan deniz araştırmalarına temel olan yurt dışındaki çalışmalardan başlayarak önemli aşamalar kronolojik olarak verilmiştir.
When the first naval research in Turkey is mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is the Piri Reis map, which is considered one of the maps prepared for military purposes, drawn by Piri Reis and completed in 1517; local information about the fish in the Travelogue of Evliya Çelebi, in which he wrote about his travels in the 17th century; The Fish and Fishing in Turkey book of the former General Manager of Istanbul Fisheries, Karekin Deveciyan, written in 1915 about the fish caught in the Istanbul and the characteristics of these fish; studies initiated by immigrant scientists who came to our country from abroad with the 1933 university reform and researches in newly established universities can be cited. In this study, basic and applied studies that started in our country are summarized; the important stages are given chronologically, starting with the studies abroad, which are the basis for the marine research initiated in our country.
