Özet
Bu kitap, Dr. Fatma Beyza Bilgiç tarafından yazılan \"Self-Miyofasyal Rahatlama Tekniğinin Kas Hasarı Üzerine Etkisi\" adlı doktora tezinden türetilmiştir. Tez, kas hasarı üzerine self-miyofasyal rahatlama tekniğinin etkisini araştırmaktadır. Araştırma, Dr. Armağan Şahin Kafkas'ın danışmanlığında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tezde, araştırmanın tespiti, planlanması, yürütülmesi ve yazımında Dr. Kafkas'ın bilgi, ilgi, öneri ve yardımları önemli bir rol oynamıştır. This book is derived from the doctoral thesis titled \"The Effect of Self-Myofascial Release Technique on Muscle Damage\" written by Dr. Fatma Beyza Bilgiç. The thesis investigates the effect of self-myofascial release technique on muscle damage. The research was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Armağan Şahin Kafkas. Dr. Kafkas played a significant role in the identification, planning, execution, and writing of the research, providing knowledge, interest, suggestions, and assistance. Additionally, Prof. Dr. Muhammed Emin Kafkas, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Özdal, and other professors also contributed to the thesis. Biochemical analyses in the thesis were conducted by Ismail Kauçik. Thanks are given to the students of Batman University School of Physical Education and Sports and fitness trainers for their support during the data collection process. Furthermore, the continuous support of the family and sister is emphasized.
