Gıda Güvenliğinde Ulusal / Uluslararası Yasal Sistemler

Özet

Güvenli gıda temel bir insan ihtiyacıdır. Ülkelerin sosyo-ekonomik gelişmesinde önemli bir rol oynamakta olup birey ve toplum sağlığını aynı zamanda ekonomik büyümeyi de sağlamaktadır. Küreselleşme, uluslararası ticaret, dünya nüfusunun artması, bitkisel ve hayvansal üretimlerin yoğunlaşması ve gıda tedarik zincirinin artan karmaşıklığı ve daha birçok faktör, gıda güvenliğini tehdit etmektedir. Dünya genelinde gıda güvenliği global bir sorun olup çözülmesi yönünde atılan tüm adımlar öncelikle halk sağlığı olmak üzere daha birçok bileşen açısından son derece önemli çözümleri de beraberinde getirmektedir. Bunun gerçekleşmesi ve sürdürülebilirliği büyük ölçüde gıda endüstrisi ile yetkili otoritelerin koordinasyonu ve aynı zamanda ideal yasal düzenlemelerin oluşturulması ve uygulanmasıyla mümkün olabilecektir.
