Özet
Kronik pelvik ağrı sendromu , üroloji pratiğinde tanı ve tedavisi en karmaşık klinik sorunlardan biridir. Sıklıkla interstisyel sistit, kronik prostatit, alt üriner sistem semptomları ve pelvik taban disfonksiyonlarıyla ilişkili olan bu sendrom, santral duyarlılık ve nöropatik mekanizmaların da etkisiyle multidisipliner yaklaşım gerektirir. Bu kapsamda, KPAS’ye ek olarak ürolojik açıdan önem arz eden nadir ancak ciddi klinik tablolar olan Youssef sendromu, Wunderlich sendromu, Fraley sendromu ve Klingsor sendromu da ayırıcı tanıda dikkate alınmalıdır. Bu bölümde, kronik pelvik ağrının ürolojik bileşenleri ve eşlik eden nadir sendromlar güncel literatür doğrultusunda incelenmektedir.
