İntrakraniyal Kanama ile Başvuran Akut Promiyelositer Lösemi Olgusu
Özet
Akut miyeloid lösemi (AML) tanısı konan hastalarda intrakraniyal kanama önde gelen ikinci ölüm nedenidir. Bu hastalarda trombositlerin disfonksiyenel olması, trombositopeni, koagülasyon faktörlerinin eksikliği ve dissemine intravasküler koagülopati hemorajik komplikasyon riskini önemli ölçüde artırır. Ayrıca hiperlökositoz mortalite ve morbiditeyi artıran diğer bir sebeptir. Bu raporda, daha önce sağlıklı olan, yeni AML tanısı konan ve intrakraniyal kanama ile başvuran bir erkek hastayı tartışıyoruz.
