The Examination Of Academicians’ Levels Of Burnout

Study consists of five chapters: in the first chapter, problem status, objective, importance and reason, premise, restrictions of study and used definitions was focused on. In the second chapter that composes theoretical chapter of study, burnout concept, opinions related to burnout, symptoms, reasons, phases and results of burnout, prevention of burnout and ways to cope with burnout, burnout in academicians, prevention of burnout, and studies made in Cyprus, Turkey and at abroad were mentioned in. In third chapter which contains method, model, population and sample of study, data collection means, analysis of data were discussed. Forth chapter includes results and discussion and fifth chapter includes conclusion. I thank people who assist me in planning and performing this study.
