This book is based on Hadi Yasrebdoost's doctoral thesis titled \"The Impact of Organizational Justice and Organizational Trust on Employee Resilience\". The book discusses the importance of employee resilience, organizational justice, and organizational trust. The concept of employee resilience includes the historical development of resilience, as well as topics such as resilience as a personal characteristic and skill. The effects of organizational justice and organizational trust on employee resilience are also examined. The book can be a valuable resource for academics and researchers.
