Anemiye Yaklaşım
Özet
Acil servise halsizlik, yorgunluk, efor dispnesi, baş dönmesi gibi şikayetlerle başvuran hastada aklımıza anemi gelmelidir. Hastanın anemnezinde şikayetlerin oluşma süresine dikkat edilmelidir.
