Gelecekte Turizm Eğitimi: Öğretim Yöntemlerinde İnovasyon

Özet

Bu bölüm, turizm eğitiminde dijitalleşme, yapay zekâ, oyunlaştırma ve genişletilmiş gerçeklik (XR) temelli yeni öğretim yaklaşımlarını ele almaktadır. Küresel ölçekte turizm sektöründe yaşanan dönüşümün, öğretim yöntemleri ve öğrenme modelleri üzerindeki etkileri değerlendirilmektedir. Çalışmada, hibrit öğrenme, kişiselleştirilmiş eğitim, mikro öğrenme ve blokzincir tabanlı mikro yeterlikler gibi yenilikçi uygulamaların, turizm öğrencilerinin bilgi, beceri ve yetkinlik gelişimine katkısı incelenmiştir. Bölüm, turizm eğitiminde pedagojik uyum, etik ilkeler ve kalite güvencesi standartlarının önemine vurgu yapmaktadır. Ayrıca, küresel iş birlikleri, sanal staj uygulamaları ve dijital yeterlik temelli öğretimci profilleri gibi yeni eğilimler tanımlanmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular, turizm eğitiminin geleceğinin teknoloji destekli, ölçülebilir ve sürdürülebilir bir yapıya dönüşmekte olduğunu göstermektedir.
