Erektil Disfonksiyon ve Prematür Ejekülasyon
Özet
Erektil disfonksiyon’un (ED) Amerikan Psikiyatri Birliği’nin DSM-5 tanı kılavuzuna göre tanımı; en az 6 ay süreli olmak üzere cinsel ilişkilerin tamamında veya neredeyse tamamında cinsel birliktelik sonuçlanana kadar sertleşmeyi sağlayamama ve devam ettirememe veya yetersiz sertleşmenin olmasıdır. Prematür ejakülasyon kişiye ve partnere göre farklılık içerebilen bir durum olduğundan tanımlaması zordur. Tanımlamaların çoğu kanıta dayalı değildir. Kişi ve partnere bağlı değişkenlik gösterebilir.
