Benign Prostat Hiperplazisinde Medikal Tedavi
Özet
Alt üriner sistem semptomlarına neden olan Benign Prostat Hiperplazisi, yaşlanmayla birlikte erkeklerde görülen bir patolojidir. BPH semptomları varlığında ilk tercih edilen yaklaşım medikal tedavidir. Özellikle son iki dekadda, BPH için cerrahi yapılan hastalarda azalmayla birlikte medikal tedavi yaklaşımında artış olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
