İnfertilite
Özet
İnfertilite; cinsel aktif, doğum kontrol yöntemi kullanmayan bir çiftin 1 yıl içinde gebelik elde edememesi olarak tanımlanmıştır. İnfertilitenin sebebini saptamak ve tedavi planı oluşturmak için fizik muayene olmazsa olmazdır. Sistemik değerlendirme sonrası genital muayene yapılmalıdır. İnfertil erkeklerde semen analizi en temel testlerdendir. Tedavi, takip kararları temel olarak semen analizi sonuçlarına göre şekillendirilir. İnfertil erkeklerde sperm konsantrasyonu değerlerine göre hormonal inceleme ve/ veya genetik inceleme de yapılabilir. Tüm bu tanı metodları sonucunda hastaya özel tedavi planlanır.
