Renal Kolik
Özet
Renal kolik, tipik olarak yan tarafta böbrek bölgesinde ortaya çıkan, karın ön duvarı ve kasığa ve testise doğru yayılan ani başlayan şiddetli ağrıdır. Böbrek kaliksi içinde yer alan taşlar, obstrüksüyana ve renal koliğe sebebiyet verebilir. Renal kolik, karakteristik olarak sırt, kostavertebral açı ve özellikle subkostal alanda oluşur. Aynı tarafta böğür ve kasığa yayılım gösterebilir. Renal kolik üreterlerin aniden tıkanmasına bağlı oluşan spazm, dilatasyon ve gerilme sonucu meydana gelir. Renal kolik ağrısı tedavi edilmesi gereken şiddetli belirtidir. Acil servis başvurularının % 1’inden fazlası akut renal kolik ağrısı çeken hastalar tarafından yapılmaktadır. Neyse ki renal koliğe yaklaşım anlamında çok sayıda veri bulunmaktadır.
