Görüntüleme: Acil Kardiyak Hastalıklarda Pocus-Ekokardiyografi
Özet
Acil serviste kullanılan ve çok değerli tanı araçlarından biri olan yatak başı ultrasonografi; kardiyak acil durumlarda da kullanılmaktadır. Pek çok avantajı olan ultrason göğüs ağrısı ayırıcı tanısında; miyokart enfarktüsü, kalp yetmezliği, kardiyak tamponad, pulmoner emboli, aort diseksiyonu veya aort anevrizması gibi kardiyak acil senaryoların ayrımında en önemli tanı aracı olarak önerilmektedir. Görüntüleme için subksifoid, apikal dört boşluk, parasternal kısa ve uzun akslar olmak üzere dört farklı pencere kullanılmaktadır. Her geçen gün kullanım alanları artan ultrason bilgi ve becerisini her acil hekiminin edinmesi gerekmektedir.
