COVID-19 ve İnfluenza Pnömonileri
Özet
Hasta ve/veya cerrahi prosedürle ilişkili risklere bağlı olarak perioperatif dönemde kardiyovasküler komplikasyonlar sık görülmektedir. Perioperatif kardiyovasküler komplikasyonlarla ilişkili mortalite ve morbiditeyi azaltmak, hasta ve cerrahi işlemle ilgili riskleri belirlemek ve hasta bakımını iyileştirmeye yönelik optimum koşulları sağlamak amacıyla uygun preoperatif değerlendirme planlanmalıdır. Ayrıca preoperatif değerlendirme ile yüksek riskli hastaların ameliyat öncesi belirlenmesiyle ameliyat gününde gecikmelerin ve vaka iptallerin önüne geçmek amaçlanmaktadır. Bu bölümde kardiyak dışı cerrahilerde preoperatif kardiyovasküler değerlendirme yönelik bilgiler sunulmaktadır. Preoperatif değerlendirmenin temelini ayrıntılı bir anamnez ve fizik muayene oluşturmaktadır.
