Koroner Sendromlarda Anjiyografi İlkeleri: Tanısal ve Terapötik İpuçları
Özet
Bu bölümde hastane içinde veya dışında kardiyak arrest vakası ile karşılaşıldığında yapılması gereken ilk müdahaleler, devam tedavileri ve resüsitasyon sonrası bakımdan bahsedilecektir. Kardiyak arrest hastalarına yönelik yapılması gereken uygulamalar düzenli aralıklar ile güncellenmekte olup bu güncellemeler kurtarıcılar tarafından takip edilmeli ve belirlenen algoritmalar eksiksiz olaraka uygulanmalıdır. Amerika ve Avrupa’da yaygın olarak kullanılan AHA ve ERC resüsitasyon kılavuzları genel yaklaşım itibari ile benzer olsa da aralarındaki bazı farklılıklar da ele alınmıştır. Sonuç olarak doğru uygulanmış bir resüsitasyon ve resüsitasyon sonrası bakım hayat kurtarır.
