Venöz Yetmezlik Cerrahisinde Anestezi
Özet
Kronik venöz yetmezlik tedavisinde uygulanan tedavi yöntemlerinden biri de cerrahi tedavidir. Hasta konforu ve güvenliği için anestezi altında uygulanması son derece önemlidir. Cerrahi tedavi uygulanacak hastalarda, uygulanabilecek çeşitli anestezi teknikleri mevcuttur. Her bir anestezi tekniğinin diğerlerine göre avantajları ve dezavantajları vardır. Bu teknikler hakkında hasta, cerrah ve anestezi uzmanı bir karara varmalı, hasta tüm tekniklerin avantajları ve dezavantajları hakkında bilgilendirilmeli ve hastaya özel belirlenen teknik güvenle uygulanmalıdır. Sonuç olarak Anesteziyoloji ve reanimasyon uzmanı hastanın konforlu ve güvenli bir cerrahi süreç geçirmesi için hastaya en uygun anestezi tekniğini belirlemede hastaya kılavuz olmalıdır.
