Erkeklerde Kontraseptif Yöntemler
Özet
Üreme sağlığının korunması ve bazı aile planlaması yöntemlerinde erkeklerin katılımı gerekmektedir. Mevcut modern erkek kontraseptif yöntemleri kondom ve vazektomidir. Bariyer bir yöntem olan kondom her cinsel ilişkide kullanılmaktadır. Cerrahi bir yöntem olan vazektomi koitustan bağımsız kalıcı bir yöntemdir. Erkek kontraseptif yöntemlerinde gelişme aşamasında olan hormonal ve hormonal olmayan yöntemler denenmeye ve araştırılmaya devam etmektedir. Danışmanlık hizmeti sağlayan sağlık personelinin gelişmeleri takip etmesi ve çiftlere doğru bilgi aktarımı yapması önemlidir. Bu bölümde erkek kontraseptif yöntemlerin kullanımı, yönteme özel danışmanlığı ve yönteme özel güncel yaklaşımları ele alınacaktır.
