Prekonsepsiyonel Danışmanlık ve Kontrasepsiyon
Özet
Anne ve bebek ölüm oranlarının azaltılması, kadın sağlığının iyileştirilmesi ve güçlü nesillerin oluşturulması için gebelik öncesi sağlığın teşvik edilmesi önemli bir strateji olarak görülmektedir. Prekonsepsiyonel danışmanlık, kadınların (çiftlerin) gelecekteki gebelik planları için koruyucu bakım hizmetlerinin temel bir bileşenidir. Üreme potansiyeli olan kadın ve erkeklerle herhangi bir temas üreme sonuçlarını iyileştirebilecek doğurganlığın düzenlenmesi hakkında danışmanlık olanağı sağlar. Prekonsepsiyonel danışmanlıkta doğurganlığın istenilen zamanda tekrar dönmesi ve üreme fonksiyonlarının korunması esastır.
