Doğurganlığın Düzenlenmesi Hizmetlerinde Danışmanlık ve Önemi
Özet
Doğurganlığın düzenlenmesi hizmetlerinin ve konuyla ilgili bilgilerin sunulması, temel bir insan hakkı, bireylerin sağlığını iyileştirme ve geliştirmede önemli bir müdahaledir. Danışanların gönüllü ve bilinçli olarak seçim yapmalarını sağlamayı amaçlayan danışmanlık, kadınların ve eşlerinin üreme sağlıkları üzerinde daha fazla kontrol sahibi olmalarına olanak sağlayarak kendilerine en uygun yöntemleri seçmelerine ve kullanmalarına yardımcı olan bir süreçtir. Etkili ve kaliteli danışmanlık hizmetleriyle; aile, bölge ya da toplumda sosyoekonomik ve sosyokültürel bağlamda bireyler daha iyi anlaşılabilir, hizmetlerin sunumunda yaşanabilecek engeller belirlenebilir ve çözümlenebilir. Böylece istenen gebeliklerin arası açılarak, istenmeyen gebelikler önlenerek, karşılanmamış gereksinimlere cevap verilebilir.
