Özet

Burada bahsedilen üç konu, her ne kadar kısa bir şekilde ele alınsa da, ilgili sorunlara ilişkin genel bir bakış açısı sağlamak ve konuyla ilgili daha fazla araştırma yapılmasını teşvik etmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Acil servis ekibi için doğru kişinin bulunması, zamanın etkin şekilde yönetimi ve iş ile özel hayat arasındaki dengenin istenilen düzeyde tutulabilmesi, her acil servis lideri tarafından ele alınması gereken önemli yönetim konularıdır. Söz konusu beceriler, acil servis liderleri nezdindeki bireysel öneminin yanı sıra, personel ve ast sağlık çalışanları arasında da eşdeğer öneme sahiptir.
