Jinekolojik Kanserlerde Yaşam Kalitesi: Korunması ve Sürdürülmesinde Bakım
Özet
Jinekolojik kanserler dünya genelinde önemli bir halk sağlığı sorunu olup, kadınların yaşam kalitesini ciddi biçimde etkilemektedir. Serviks, endometrium ve over kanserleri en sık görülen türler arasında yer almakta ve tedavi süreçleri; ağrı, bulantı, yorgunluk, uyku bozukluğu, menopoz semptomları ve cinsel işlev bozuklukları gibi fiziksel sorunlara yol açmaktadır. Ayrıca infertilite, beden algısında değişim, psikolojik sıkıntılar ve sosyal ilişkilerde bozulma da sık rastlanan sonuçlardır. “Kemo-beyin” olarak adlandırılan bilişsel işlev kayıpları da hastaların günlük yaşamını zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu çok boyutlu etkiler, sadece hastaları değil, aile bireylerini de etkilemekte; sosyal izolasyon, rol çatışmaları ve ekonomik kayıplar gibi sorunlara yol açmaktadır. Hemşirelik bakımı, yaşam kalitesinin korunması ve sürdürülmesinde kritik rol üstlenmektedir. Semptom yönetimi, psikososyal destek, fertilite danışmanlığı, sağlıklı yaşam alışkanlıklarının teşviki ve bilişsel işlevlerin desteklenmesi hemşirelerin öncelikli sorumluluklarıdır. Hasta ve aile temelli bütüncül bakım yaklaşımları, jinekolojik kanserlerle mücadelede yaşam kalitesini yükseltmede temel unsurlar arasında yer almaktadır.
