Kranial Sinir Hastalıkları

Özet

Periferik sinir sistemi içerisinde yer alan 12 çift kranial sinirin anatomik seyirleri, işlevleri ve bu sinirlerin tutulumu sonucu gelişen klinik hastalık tabloları kapsamlı bir şekilde ele alınmaktadır. Çalışma, olfaktör sinirden başlayarak alt kranial sinirlere kadar her bir sinirin muayene yöntemlerini, tanısal yaklaşımları ve yaygın patolojik nedenleri detaylı bir incelemeyle sunmaktadır. Özellikle çocukluk çağında sıkça karşılaşılan genetik, travmatik ve enfeksiyöz tutulumlara odaklanılarak, nörolojik muayene ve klinik ayırıcı tanı süreçleri için değerli bir referans oluşturulmaktadır.

 

The study comprehensively covers the anatomical pathways and functions of the 12 pairs of cranial nerves within the peripheral nervous system, alongside the clinical disease conditions resulting from their involvement. It provides a detailed examination of each nerve, from the olfactory nerve to the lower cranial nerves, outlining examination methods, diagnostic approaches, and common pathological causes. By focusing on conditions frequently encountered in childhood—such as genetic, traumatic, and infectious involvements—the document serves as a valuable reference for neurological examination and clinical differential diagnosis processes.
