Nörokütan Hastalıklarda (Fakomatozlar) Nöroradyolojik Değerlendirme

Özet

Nörokutan hastalıklar (fakomatozlar), temel olarak sinir sistemi ve deri bulgularıyla kendini gösteren, tümör gelişimine yatkınlık yaratan multisistemik sendromlardır. Bu hastalık grubunda nörofibromatozis (tip 1 ve 2), tuberoz skleroz, Von Hippel Lindau ve Sturge Weber gibi sendromlar öne çıkmakta olup, radyolojik görüntüleme erken tanı ve yakın takip açısından kritik rol oynamaktadır. Nöroradyolojik değerlendirme, lezyonların karakterizasyonunda, tümör gelişiminin izlenmesinde ve tedavi planlamasında vazgeçilmez bir öneme sahiptir.

 

Neurocutaneous diseases, or phakomatoses, are multisystemic syndromes primarily characterized by nervous system and skin findings, which create a predisposition to tumor development. Neurofibromatosis (types 1 and 2), tuberous sclerosis, Von Hippel-Lindau, and Sturge-Weber syndromes are prominent in this group, where radiological imaging plays a critical role in early diagnosis and close follow-up. Neuroradiological evaluation is indispensable for characterizing lesions, monitoring tumor development, and planning treatment.
