Nörokütan Hastalıkların Nefrolojik Bulguları ve Yönetimi
Özet
Nörokutan hastalıklar, merkezi sinir sistemi ve cilt bulgularının yanı sıra sıklıkla böbrek tutulumu gösteren multisistemik bozukluklardır; özellikle Nörofibromatozis tip 1, Tüberoskleroz kompleksi ve Von Hippel-Lindau hastalığı gibi tablolar önemli nefrolojik riskler taşır. Bu hastalıkların yönetimi, hipertansiyon ve vasküler lezyonların erken tespiti ile çok disiplinli bir takip yaklaşımı gerektirir. Tedavi süreçlerinde cerrahi yerine genellikle organ koruyucu girişimler ve farmakolojik yaklaşımlar ön plana çıkmaktadır.
Neurocutaneous diseases are multisystemic disorders that frequently present with renal involvement alongside central nervous system and skin manifestations; conditions such as Neurofibromatosis type 1, Tuberous sclerosis complex, and Von Hippel-Lindau disease pose significant nephrological risks. Management of these conditions requires a multidisciplinary approach focused on the early detection of hypertension and vascular lesions. Treatment processes generally prioritize organ-sparing interventions and pharmacological approaches over surgery.
