Neurocutaneous diseases are multisystemic disorders that frequently present with associated endocrine pathologies, including growth disturbances, puberty irregularities, and thyroid dysfunction. Systematic endocrine monitoring during clinical management is essential for the early detection of these complications and for optimizing long-term patient outcomes. Although not always part of formal diagnostic criteria, the proactive evaluation of endocrine function is vital for effective care and the prevention of secondary health issues in affected individuals.
