Özet
Nörokutan sendromlar, genellikle genetik kökenli olup deri ve sinir sistemi başta olmak üzere çoklu organ sistemlerini tutan heterojen bir hastalık grubudur. Bu sendromlar sıklıkla displastik yapılar ve tümör oluşum eğilimi ile karakterize olup, tanıları klinik kriterlere ve genetik analizlere dayanmaktadır. Tedavi süreçleri, hastalığın türüne ve komplikasyonlarına bağlı olarak cerrahi, radyoterapi veya spesifik medikal inhibitörlerin kullanımı gibi multidisipliner yaklaşımları gerektirir.
Neurocutaneous syndromes represent a heterogeneous group of disorders, typically genetic in origin, that affect multiple organ systems, with a primary focus on the skin and the nervous system. These conditions are characterized by dysplastic structures and a propensity for tumor formation, with diagnoses established through clinical criteria and genetic analysis. Treatment strategies are multidisciplinary, depending on the specific type of syndrome and its associated complications, often involving surgery, radiotherapy, or targeted medical therapies.
