Nörokütan Hastalıklara Giriş

Özet

Nörokutanöz sendromlar; cildi, gözleri ve merkezi sinir sistemini etkileyen, genellikle genetik temelli doğumsal bozukluklar grubudur. Tümör gelişimine yatkınlık ve çoklu organ tutulumu nedeniyle bu hastalıklar, erken dönemde multidisipliner bir yaklaşım ve yakın klinik takip gerektirir. Nörofibromatozis, tüberoz skleroz ve Sturge-Weber gibi fakomatozlar, kendine has semptomlarla seyrederken güncel genetik yaklaşımlar sayesinde hedefe yönelik tedavi seçenekleri sunmaktadır.

 

Neurocutaneous syndromes represent a group of congenital, often genetic, disorders affecting the skin, eyes, and central nervous system. These conditions necessitate multidisciplinary monitoring due to their complex multisystem involvement and inherent predisposition to tumor development. Various phakomatoses, including neurofibromatosis, tuberous sclerosis, and Sturge-Weber, exhibit distinct clinical phenotypes and increasingly benefit from biologically targeted therapies emerging from recent genetic advancements.
