Özet

Serebellum ve beyin sapının gelişimsel bozuklukları, klinik belirtilerin modern nörogörüntüleme teknikleri ve genetik testlerle birlikte değerlendirilmesini gerektiren karmaşık bir süreci ifade eder. Dandy-Walker malformasyonu ve Joubert sendromu gibi spesifik durumların erken teşhisi, doğru aile danışmanlığı ve tedavi yönetimi için kritik öneme sahiptir. Genetik ve görüntüleme alanındaki son ilerlemeler, bu anomalilerin etiyolojisini anlamayı ve özellikle prenatal dönemde daha erken tanı koymayı mümkün kılmaktadır. Developmental disorders of the cerebellum and brainstem require a comprehensive diagnostic approach that integrates clinical assessment, advanced neuroimaging, and genetic testing. Recognizing specific structural anomalies, such as Dandy-Walker malformation and Joubert syndrome, is essential for accurate diagnosis and effective family counseling. Recent advancements in imaging technology and molecular genetics have significantly improved the ability to identify etiologies and detect malformations during the prenatal period. These scientific improvements facilitate better clinical management and prognostic guidance for affected individuals.
