Sinir Sistemi Embriyolojisi

The embryology of the nervous system begins with the induction of the neural plate by the notochord to form the neural tube, a complex neurulation process that establishes the foundational structures of the brain and spinal cord. As development progresses, the anterior part of the neural tube differentiates into brain vesicles (forebrain, midbrain, and hindbrain), while the caudal part forms the spinal cord. During this process, neuroepithelial cells differentiate into neurons and glial cells, while neural crest cells contribute to the development of the peripheral nervous system. Finally, the central nervous system development is completed through the organization of cranial and spinal nerves, alongside the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems.
