Özet
Bu metin, santral sinir sistemindeki nörotransmitterlerin sınıflandırılmasını, özelliklerini ve bu sistemde görev alan ilaçların etki mekanizmalarını incelemektedir. Antiepileptik, hipnosedatif, opioid ve santral etkili kas gevşetici ilaçların farmakolojik özellikleri, çalışma prensipleri ve yan etkileri ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmaktadır. Ayrıca nöronlar arası iletişimde rol oynayan kimyasal mekanizmalar ve klinik uygulamalardaki güncel yaklaşımlar üzerinde durulmaktadır.
This text examines the classification and properties of neurotransmitters in the central nervous system, along with the mechanisms of action for drugs acting upon this system. The pharmacological characteristics, working principles, and side effects of antiepileptic, hypnotic-sedative, opioid, and centrally acting muscle relaxant drugs are discussed in detail. Furthermore, the chemical mechanisms involved in neuronal communication and current approaches in clinical applications are emphasized.
