Sindirim Sistemi Hastalıkları
Özet
Tek tırnaklılarda görülen sindirim sistemi viral enfeksiyonları, önemli ekonomik kayıplara yol açan hastalıklar arasında yer almakta olup, yeni doğan taylardan yetişkin hayvanlara kadar tüm yaş gruplarını etkileyebilir. Bu enfeksiyonlar genellikle ishal, ateş, iştahsızlık, stomatitis ve dehidrasyon gibi klinik bulgularla seyrederken, tek tırnaklıların bazı sindirim sistemi hastalıkları karaciğer yetmezliği gibi spesifik ciddi semptomlara yol açar. Sindirim sistemini etkileyen başlıca enterik viral etkenler arasında Equine Rotavirus (ERV), Equine Coronavirus (ECoV) ve Equine Torovirus (EToV) bulunmaktadır. ERV özellikle yeni doğan ve süt emen taylarda akut enterit ve ishalin en önemli nedenlerinden biridir. ECoV ateş, iştahsızlık gibi genel bulguların yanında nörolojik komplikasyonlara da yol açabilmektedir. EToV ise subklinik seyretmekle birlikte bazı vakalarda gastrointestinal belirtilere neden olur. Karaciğeri hedef alan en önemli viral enfeksiyonlar Equine Parvovirus-Hepatitis (EqPV-H), Equine Hepacivirus (EqHV) ve equine pegivirus enfeksiyonlarıdır. EqPV-H, yüksek mortaliteli Theiler hastalığının etkenidir. EqHV çoğunlukla subklinik veya kronik hepatit oluştururken, pegiviruslar genellikle persiste viremi ile karakterizedir. Vesicular Stomatitis (VS), ağız ve dudaklarda veziküler lezyonlara neden olan, zoonotik potansiyel taşıyan önemli bir enfeksiyondur. Bu hastalıkların kontrolünde erken tanı, biyogüvenlik uygulamaları, karantina önlemleri ve uygun durumlarda aşılama temel korunma yöntemlerini oluşturmaktadır.Formun Altı
