Egzersiz ve Kardiyak Rehabilitasyon
Özet
Kardiyak rehabilitasyon, kalp ve damar hastalıkları olan bireylerin yaşama geri dönmesini hızlandırmak, fonksiyonel kapasitesini iyileştirmek ve kardiyovasküler mortaliteyi azaltmak amacıyla uygulanan kişiye özel planlanan, karmaşık ve multidisipliner destek programının tamamıdır. Egzersiz kardiyak rehabilitasyonun anahtar bileşeni olup kişiselleştirilmelidir. Kardiyak rehabilitasyonun önemi kalp damar hastalığı olan kişilerin bütüncül iyilik halini düzeltir. Bu program sağlıklı yaşam seçimleri yapmayı destekler ve tedaviye bağlılığı artırır.
