Egzersizin Kalp Sağlığına Etkisi

Özet

Egzersizin en büyük etkisi kardiyorespiratuar formda kalmayı arttırmasıdır ki bu da basit fiziksel aktiviteye kıyasla prognoz üzerine daha yüksek etkiye sahiptir. Egzersiz klasik risk faktörlerinin azaltılmasında etkili olduğu gibi, fiziksel aktivite/aerobik egzersizin stabil kalp yetersizliği olan hastalara önerildiği görülmektedir. Ayrıca, hipertansif hastalarda antihipertansif tedaviye ek olarak aerobik egzersiz de önerilmektedir. Sonuç olarak farklı kardiyovasküler hastalıklarda ve hipertansiyonda uzmanı tarafından önerilen duruma göre hafif ve orta derecede egzersizlerin yararlı olduğu son yapılan çalışmalarda ortaya konmuştur.
