Kas İskelet Sistemi ve Duruş Bozukluklarının Tedavisinde Egzersizin Etkisi

Özet

Kas iskelet sistemi, eklemlerin hareket aralığı ve düzleminde ve genel işlevlerinde çok önemli bir rol oynayan eklem ve bağ dokularından oluşur. Hareketin, duruşun sürdürülmesi ve atrofinin önlenmesi için iskelet kaslarının düzenli kullanımı önemlidir. Postür bozukluklarında yaşamın her döneminde çeşitli yöntem, araç ve fiziksel iyileştirme programlarından yararlanmak büyük önem taşımaktadır. İnsanlar genellikle oturur pozisyonda faaliyetlerde bulunduklarından, genel sağlık için doğru duruşu korumak önemlidir. Özellikle kas-iskelet sistemi bozuklukları olan bireyler için uygun terapötik egzersiz teknikleri kullanılarak erken iyileştirme çok önemlidir. Okul çocuklarındaki duruş bozuklukları için çok sayıda fiziksel rehabilitasyon yöntemi ve aracı mevcuttur; bunlar arasında 24 saat ortopedik rejimin gözlemlenmesi, günlük düzeltici terapötik jimnastik dersleri, terapötik yüzme, klasik masaj prosedürleri ve elektriksel kas stimülasyonu gibi geleneksel yöntemler bulunmaktadır.
