Arthur Schopenhauer’da Kötülük Problemi ve Mutluluğun İmkânı

Bu kitap, Arthur Schopenhauer'ın kötülük problemi ve mutluluğun imkânı üzerine düşüncelerini ele almaktadır. Yazar, Schopenhauer'ın felsefesini anlamak için orijinal kaynaklara erişim güçlüğü ve çeviri eserlerin yetersizliği gibi zorluklarla karşılaşmıştır. Ancak, Schopenhauer'ın temel eseri olan \"İsteme ve Tasarım Olarak Dünya\"yı Türkçe olarak okumuş ve diğer kaynakları da incelemiştir. Schopenhauer'ın insan anlayışı, ahlâk felsefesi ve kötülük problemi hakkındaki düşünceleri literatürde yer almasına rağmen, mutluluğun imkânı hakkında yapılmış bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bu çalışma, Schopenhauer'ın düşüncesini nedenleriyle birlikte ele alarak bu eksikliği kapatmayı hedeflemektedir. Yazar, bu çalışmanın ortaya çıkma sürecinde en zorlu ve zaman alan kısmının Schopenhauer'ın eserlerini anlamak için birçok kez okumak olduğunu belirtmektedir. Yazar, tez danışmanı Prof. Dr. H. This book discusses Arthur Schopenhauer's thoughts on the problem of evil and the possibility of happiness. The author encountered difficulties such as limited access to original sources and inadequacy of translated works in order to understand Schopenhauer's philosophy. However, they have read Schopenhauer's main work, \"The World as Will and Representation,\" in Turkish and examined other sources as well. While there are studies on Schopenhauer's understanding of human nature, moral philosophy, and the problem of evil in the literature, there is no existing work on the possibility of happiness. This study aims to fill this gap by examining Schopenhauer's thoughts along with their reasons. The author states that the most challenging and time-consuming part of the process of this study was reading Schopenhauer's works multiple times in order to understand them. The author expresses gratitude to their thesis advisor, Prof. Dr. H. Ömer Özden, other academics, and their family for their support.
