Osmanlı ve Cumhuriyet Döneminde Aksaray’da Sel Felâketi

Bu kitap, Osmanlı ve Cumhuriyet dönemlerinde Aksaray'da meydana gelen sel felaketlerini ele almaktadır. Yazarlar, Aksaray'ın az yağış alan bir bölge olmasına rağmen defalarca sel felaketi yaşadığını belirtmektedir. Kitapta, Aksaray'da yaşanan sel felaketlerinin tarihçesi, etkileri ve sonuçları detaylı bir şekilde incelenmektedir. Ayrıca, sel felaketlerinin önlenmesi için alınması gereken tedbirler ve yapılan çalışmalar da ele alınmaktadır. Yazarlar, kitabı yazarken Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Arşivleri Başkanlığı Osmanlı ve Cumhuriyet Arşivleri'nde yapılan araştırmalardan ve diğer kaynaklardan yararlanmışlardır. Kitabın amacı, Aksaray'da yaşanan sel felaketlerinin tarihini ve etkilerini ortaya koymak ve bu felaketlerden ders çıkararak gelecekte benzer durumların yaşanmasını önlemektir.

This book examines the flood disasters that occurred in Aksaray during the Ottoman and Republic periods.
