Zor Zamanlarla Mücadelede Ulusal Mesleki Yetkinlik

Bu kitap, Doç. Dr. Özlem Nazan ERDOĞAN tarafından yazılmış ve zor zamanlarla mücadelede ulusal mesleki yetkinlik konusunu ele almaktadır. COVID-19 pandemisi gibi olağanüstü durumlar, küreselleşmeyi, ekonomik sistemleri ve yönetim yaklaşımlarını sorgulamıştır. Pandemi sürecinde yaşanan sıkıntılar ve mesleki yetkinlik konusu, kitabın temelini oluşturmaktadır. Yazar, meslek örgütünün belirlediği temel ulusal yetkinlikler çerçevesinde mesleğin güçlendirilmesini ve beklenmedik durumlarla etkin bir şekilde başa çıkılmasını tartışmaktadır. Kitapta, İstanbul'a özgü bazı alt başlıklar da salgınla ilişkilendirilerek ele alınmıştır. Deprem, kent yoksulluğu ve göç gibi konuların önümüzdeki günlerde daha da önem kazanacağı düşünülmektedir. Kitabın amacı, okuyuculara ve meslektaşlara toplumdaki yerlerini sorgulama isteği ve vizyonu kazandırmaktır. This book, written by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Nazan ERDOĞAN, addresses the issue of national professional competence in coping with difficult times. Extraordinary situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic have questioned globalization, economic systems, and management approaches. The challenges faced during the pandemic and the issue of professional competence form the basis of the book. The author discusses the strengthening of the profession within the framework of the core national competencies determined by the professional organization and effective coping with unexpected situations. The book also addresses some specific subtopics related to Istanbul in relation to the pandemic. It is believed that issues such as earthquakes, urban poverty, and migration will become even more important in the coming days. The aim of the book is to instill a desire for self-reflection and vision in readers and colleagues within society. The author expresses gratitude to her family, colleagues at Cerrahpaşa University, and her husband Prof. Dr. M. Sarper Erdoğan for their contributions to the writing of the book.
