This book aims to provide fundamental knowledge along with solved problems on river structures. The development of water resources is an important factor for the development of countries, and engineering works in this field are of great importance. Rivers constitute a significant portion of water resources and contribute greatly to the economic and social life. Therefore, there is a need for civil engineers in the design and development of river structures. In addition to providing basic information on the design of river structures, this book aims to offer solutions to engineering problems. The analysis and design of river structures is a complex process that requires extensive engineering knowledge and experience. The book includes 55 solved problems prepared according to the SI unit system.
