Bu kitap, İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsası'nda (İMKB) işlem gören gıda sektörü şirketlerinin finansal performansını ölçmeyi ve özsermaye kârlılığını etkileyen faktörleri belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. This book aims to measure the financial performance of food sector companies traded on the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE) and determine the factors affecting their return on equity. The author evaluates the performance of firms using ratio analysis and identifies the position of companies in the sector compared to their competitors and sector averages. In this way, investors can make more rational investment decisions and achieve higher returns on their investments. The book also covers topics such as the Du-Pont control chart, performance evaluation, the food sector, and sector analysis.
