Geçici Koruma Statüsündeki Suriyelilerin Türkiye Ekonomisine Katılımı ve Entegrasyon Süreci

Bu çalışma, Suriyelilerin Türkiye'ye geçici koruma statüsüyle göç etmelerinin ardından Türkiye ekonomisine katılımı ve entegrasyon sürecini analiz etmektedir. İzmir ili örneği üzerinden yapılan doktora tezinden üretilmiş olan bu çalışmada, Suriyelilerin bulundukları kente ve topluma karşı algıları tespit edilerek ekonomik uyum süreçleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmada demografik ve sosyoekonomik sorunları belirlemek amacıyla bir mülakat formu kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca, Suriyelilerin Türkiye'ye yerleşmeyi çekici hale getiren faktörler de araştırılmıştır. Bu faktörler arasında güvenlik, istihdam ve Türklere kültürel yakınlık gibi etkenler yer almaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, Suriyelilerin uyum sürecini anlamak, yaşadıkları sorunları belirlemek ve uzun vadede ekonomik uyumun daha sağlıklı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesine katkıda bulunmaktır. Bu kitap, Dr. Ahmet Akbulut'un doktora tezinden yola çıkılarak hazırlanmıştır ve Suriyelilerin Türkiye ekonomisine katılımı ve entegrasyon sürecini ele almaktadır.

This study analyzes the participation and integration process of Syrians in the Turkish economy following their migration to Turkey under temporary protection status. Based on a doctoral thesis conducted in the province of Izmir, this study identifies the perceptions of Syrians towards the city and society they reside in, and examines their economic adaptation processes. A interview form was used in the study to determine demographic and socio-economic issues. Additionally, factors that make settling in Turkey attractive for Syrians were also investigated. These factors include security, employment, and cultural proximity to Turks. The aim of the study is to understand the adaptation process of Syrians, identify the problems they face, and contribute to a healthier long-term economic integration. This book is based on Dr. Ahmet Akbulut's doctoral thesis and focuses on the participation and integration process of Syrians in the Turkish economy.
