Bu kitap, hastane acillerinde resmi ve gayriresmi yapısal uyuşmazlığın hasta ve personel tatmini üzerine etkisini incelemektedir. Yazar, kitabın başında çalışmanın amacını ve yöntemini açıklamaktadır. Kitap, sosyoloji yüksek lisans tez çalışmasının kitap formatına getirilmiş halidir. This book examines the impact of formal and informal structural discrepancies on patient and staff satisfaction in hospital emergency departments. The author explains the purpose and methodology of the study at the beginning of the book. The book is a formatted version of a sociology master's thesis.
