Bu kitap, İslam iktisadı düşüncesinin tarihsel bir değerlendirmesini sunmaktadır. Türk iktisat sisteminde manevi değer veya ruh kazandırılmasının önemli olduğu ve yerli kültür ve değerlerden hareket eden çözümlerin daha kalıcı olduğu vurgulanmaktadır.
