Mervânî Hükümdari Nasrüddevle Ahmed

Bu kitap, Mervânî hükümdarı Nasrüddevle Ahmed'in hükümdarlık dönemini ele almaktadır. Mervânîler, 983-1085 yılları arasında Diyâr-ı Bekr Bölgesi'nde hüküm sürmüş olan bir mahalli devlettir. Nasrüddevle Ahmed, bu dönemin yarısında hükümdarlık yapmıştır. Kitap, Nasrüddevle Ahmed'in döneminde Diyâr-ı Bekr Bölgesi'nde gerçekleşen siyasi, sosyal, ekonomik ve ilmi gelişmeleri ele almaktadır. Nasrüddevle Ahmed'in barış yanlısı bir dış politika izlediği, ülkesinde huzur, güvenlik ve zenginlik sağladığı belirtilmektedir. Bu dönemde başkent Meyyâfârikîn ve Âmid kenti imar faaliyetlerine sahne olmuştur. Mervânîler, Bizans'a karşı Selçuklular ile işbirliği yapmış ve Anadolu'nun fethi harekâtına destek vermiştir. Ayrıca, Nasrüddevle Ahmed döneminde Şafiîlik mezhebi bölgede benimsenmiştir. Kitap, Mervânîlerin tarihine genel bir bakış sunmaktadır.

This book focuses on the reign of Nasr al-Dawla Ahmed, the ruler of the Marwanid dynasty. The Marwanids were a local state that ruled in the Diyâr-ı Bekr region from 983 to 1085. Nasr al-Dawla Ahmed ruled for half of this period. The book examines the political, social, economic, and intellectual developments that took place in the Diyâr-ı Bekr region during Nasr al-Dawla Ahmed's reign. It is stated that Nasr al-Dawla Ahmed pursued a peaceful foreign policy and ensured peace, security, and prosperity in his country. During this period, the capital city of Mayyafarikin and the city of Amid witnessed construction activities. The Marwanids collaborated with the Seljuks against the Byzantines and supported the conquest operations in Anatolia. Additionally, during Nasr al-Dawla Ahmed's reign, the Shafi'i school of thought was adopted in the region. The book provides a general overview of the history of the Marwanids.
