Topikal Retinoidler: İzotretinoin
Özet
Topikal izotretinoin (13-cis retinoik asit) tretinoinin cis izomeridir. İsotretinoin ülkemizde %2 eritromisin (isotrexin jel®, munderm jel®) kombinasyonu ile bulunmaktadır. Majör kullanım alanı akne vulgaris olan topikal izotretinoin, melazma, postinflamatuvar hiperpigmentasyon, akne skarları, fotoyaşlanma, Darier hastalığı, oral liken planus, aktinik keratoz, verruka plana gibi hastalıklarda kullanılabilmektedir.
