Topikal Retinoidler: Beksaroten
Özet
Topikal beksaroten selektif olarak retinoid X reseptörlerine bağlanarak onları aktive eden ve bu şekilde hücre proliferasyonu ve diferansiasyonunda rolü olan birçok genin transkripsiyonunu etkileyen sentetik bir vitamin A türevidir. Diğer tedavilere dirençli veya persistan hastalığı bulunan evre IA ve IB kutanöz T hücreli lenfoma hastalarında onaylı bir ilaç olan topikal beksarotenin en sık görülen yan etkisi lokal irritasyondur.
