Kedi ve Köpeklerde Acil Hekimliğin Temelleri
Özet
Bu bölümde, kedi ve köpeklerde acil hekimliğin temel prensipleri sistematik bir yaklaşımla ele alınmıştır. Acil hasta yönetiminin temel amacının, kesin tanıdan önce yaşamı tehdit eden fizyolojik bozuklukların hızlı şekilde tanınması, hastanın doğru önceliklendirilmesi ve zamanında stabilize edilmesi olduğu vurgulanmıştır. Bu kapsamda acil hastanın tanımlanması, ilk temas ve hasta kabulü, tanıdan önce stabilizasyon ilkesi, hasta ve personel güvenliği, hızlı anamnez ve temel klinik değerlendirme basamakları ayrıntılı olarak açıklanmıştır. Ayrıca kırmızı, sarı ve yeşil kategorilerden oluşan triyaj sistemi, SOAP yaklaşımı ile primer ve sekonder değerlendirme süreçleri klinik uygulama açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Bölüm, kedi ve köpeklerde acil hastaların sistematik, güvenli ve etkin yönetimine yönelik temel bilgi ve uygulama prensiplerini sunarak veteriner acil hekimlik pratiğine rehberlik etmeyi amaçlamaktadır.
