Hayvan Besleme ve Yem Bilimi
Özet
Hayvan besleme ve yem bilimi kitap bölümü; sindirim fizyolojsi (ruminant ve monogastrik hayvanlarda sindirim, mikrobiyal fermetasyon), yem maddeleri (kaba yemler, kesif yemler, protein kaynakları, enerji kaynakları ve vitamin/mineral yemler kaynakları), yem katkı maddeleri (enzimler, probiyotikler, antioksidanlar, toksin bağlayıcılar ve yağ asitleri), yem hijyeni (mikotoksinler, salmonella kontrolü, hijyen standartları), yem teknolojisi (öğütme, peletleme, ekstrüzyon, karıştırma, nır teknolojisi), rasyon hazırlama (rasyon yazılımı kullanımı, türlere göre rasyon örnekleri ve farklı üretim dönemleri) ile hassas besleme sistemleri (sensör tabanlı yemleme, otomatik yemleme robotları, veri tabanlı besleme optimizasyonu) başlıklarından oluşmaktadır. Bu kitap bölümü çiftlik hayvanlarında sindirim sistemi ve sindirim sisteminde meydana gelen sindirim olaylarını, yem hammaddelerinin sınıflandırılmasını, yemlere katılan yem katkı maddelerinin kullanım amaçlarını, yem hijyeninde kontaminasyona sebep olan faktörler ve bunları elemine etme yollarını, yem teknolojisinde yemin üretim kısmında yapılan işlemler, rasyon hazırlama yöntemleri ve hazırlarken dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlardan ve türlere göre hayvanların ihtiyaç duyduğu enerji protein düzeylerinden son olarak hassas besleme yönteminin önemi ve hassas beslemede kullanılan sistemlerden bahsetmektedir.
