Dış Hastalıklarının Tanısında Yapılan Çeşitli Laboratuvar Muayeneleri ve Operasyonlar
Özet
Veteriner cerrahi klinik pratiğinde tanı amacıyla çeşitli laboratuvar muayeneleri ve operasyonlar yapılmaktadır. Rutin klinik pratikte inspeksiyon, palpasyon, perküsyon ve öskültasyon gibi klinik muayene yöntemleri ile hastadaki patolojinin spesifik tanımlanamadığı ya da şüphelenilen patolojiye ait detay bilgi gerektiğinde bazı özel muayene yöntemlerine başvurulur. Bu muayenelerde amaç objektif bulgu elde etmek ve kesin tanı koymaktır. Bu maksatla hazırlanmış olan bu bölümde özel muayene içerisinde laboratuvar analizlere (mikrobiyolojik, patolojik, fizyolojik ve biyoşimik) değinilmiştir. Ayrıca hem tanısal ve aynı zamanda tedavi amaçlı başvurulan deneysel operasyon, deneysel punksiyon, diagnostik anestezi, trepanasyon, diagnostik laparatomi, vena punksiyonu (flebetomi) ve büyük hayvanlarda tırnakların kesilip düzeltilmesi (şiropodi) konuları da ele alınarak anlatılmıştır.
In veterinary surgical clinical practice, various laboratory examinations and operations are performed for diagnostic purposes. In routine clinical practice, when clinical examination methods such as inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation cannot specifically identify the pathology in the patient, or when detailed information about a suspected pathology is needed, some special examination methods are employed. The aim of these examinations is to obtain objective findings and make a definitive diagnosis. This section, prepared for this purpose, discusses laboratory analyses (microbiological, pathological, physiological, and biochemical) within the scope of special examinations. Furthermore, experimental operations used for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, such as experimental puncture, diagnostic anesthesia, trepanation, diagnostic laparotomy, venous puncture (phlebetomy), and trimming and shaping of hooves in large animals (chiropody), are also covered and explained.
